Our Professional Coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Our coaches help students improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives and of those they coach. We provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment that is completely confidential and allows for the student’s/client’s needs, values, culture, and traditions to be honored and supported.
We will set reasonable standards for expectations and accountability in order to assure our students are progressing at a pace and timeline that is in the client’s best interest. Our facilitators are all members in good standing with the International Coach Federation, and agree to honor all ethical obligations to their clients and colleagues and to the public at large.
Our Professional Coaches and Certification Educators will promote the Coaching Profession in a manner that will result in the greater good of our clients, students and their future clients. We will exercise patience in order to hear and understand the unique and personal needs of each and every one of our clients and students. We will never put a monetary reward above the best interest of our clients and students. We will never misrepresent our level of competence or cross over into an area of which we do not have the proper training or expertise.
We will honor the nature and values of each of our clients and students in all endeavors at all times.
About Us
The Instructors at the Coach Certification Training Academy, have taught in-person classroom training and created a virtual classroom environment.
We have designed this virtual classroom to provide the same group synergies and natural growth to occur as an in-person class.
Each of our programs are 30 hours, comprised of approximately 10 hours of pre-work and 20 hours of virtual classroom training.
We also designed it to prepare you to become a professional coach in an intensive and affordable method in just 5 weeks without compromising the Group practice and “live” demonstrations that have helped others like you develop and grow your skills.
Special attention will focus on the Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. Additionally, ICF required Mentor Coach hours are included!
