Coaching is a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Clients are encouraged to self-discover and set action goals to lead to a more desirable future.
Coaching is one of the fastest growing professions in the world today. While one does not take a board exam, nor is there state licensing or educational prerequisites – you may find it beneficial to become ICF credentialed to be successful. Credentialing demonstrates that you have the training and core competencies to be a coach and are affiliated with an organization that provides on-going learning and are a member of a community of best practices.
Our partnership with Work Life Destinations allows us to provide an approved ICF training program with Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) that meets the educational requirements for an ICF Credential. ICF is the gold standard of coaching throughout the world with membership exceeding 35,000 in 139 countries.
Becoming a Certified Professional Coach means you're an invaluable partner for a business, individual, or team as you support and guide them through their challenges using proven and specific techniques that you learn through the Coach Certification Training Academy training process.

Earning a coaching certification provides an enhancement to your experience – and your resume. Many executives and leaders become certified coaches to develop their communication skills and emotional self-discipline to better lead and to more effectively manage their teams and the performance and growth of their organizations.
At this time the coaching industry does not require any state of local licensing, therefore anyone can call themselves a coach. It is important that you set yourself apart and provide the assurance to your clients that you have been properly trained and engage with clients in an effective and ethical manner. Becoming a Certified Professional Coach through the Coach Certification Training Academy will demonstrate to the public at large that you have been properly trained and engaged in the highest level of ethical conduct.
There are no educational or professional pre-requisites to become a coach. However, many coaches have advanced degrees and transferable experiences and skills, they are not required.

The Certified Professional Coach (CPC), represents your first tier coaching training and may be all that you personally need or want. You can represent yourself as a well-trained and effective Professional Coach.
However, in some situations a client or sponsor will require evidence of more advanced training in order to bid on a proposal or engage in a business setting. We also designed it to prepare you to become a professional coach in an intensive and affordable method in just 5 weeks without compromising the Group practice and “live” demonstrations that have helped others like yourself develop and grow your skills. Special attention will focus on the Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
