I thoroughly enjoyed Parts 1 and 2 of the course. Janice’s expertise and dedication to her craft were inspiring, and I hope to one day develop my powerful questioning skills to her level to better serve my clients. Janice was always open to providing feedback and offering extra support outside class hours. I highly recommend this course for anyone pursuing their ACC ICF credential.
