The course superseded my expectations. To be honest, I was expecting a dry, online course that feed me information. That was not the case. It did give me information, but the course was interaction, personable, and insightful to the coaching industry that you do not read about on a website. Janice has years of experience that she gladly shares with her students. I believe capping the cohort at a small number keeps students engaged and more open to building a trusting, safe environment. By the end of the course, I had practical tools, skills and resources to help launch my coaching career. I feel set up for success to earn my ACC.
