Refund Policy

At the Coach Certification Training Academy (CCTA), we are committed to providing a high-quality, transformative learning experience. Because our classes have limited seating to ensure an intimate and interactive environment, and because resources are allocated upon enrollment, we adhere to the following refund policy.

1. Enrollment and Registration

Registration is not considered complete until tuition is paid in full or a formal payment plan has been established and the initial deposit received. By registering for a course, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation and Refund Requests

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing via email to info@coachcertificationtrainingacademy.com. The date the email is received will determine the eligibility for a refund.

  • Full Refund: A full refund (minus a $150 administrative processing fee) will be granted if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the first live session.

  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be granted if the request is made between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled start date.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date, or after the course has commenced. This is due to the limited class sizes and the fact that materials (including pre-work) have already been distributed.

3. Transfer and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected life events occur. If you are unable to attend the cohort you registered for:

  • One-Time Transfer: You may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort within one calendar year, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original start date.

  • Transfer Fee: A transfer fee of $100 may apply to cover administrative costs and re-enrollment.

  • Late Requests: Requests to transfer made less than 14 days before the start date will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in the forfeiture of tuition if the seat cannot be filled.

4. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend live sessions or complete pre-work does not constitute a withdrawal from the course and does not qualify for a refund. To receive ICF-accredited hours, students must meet the attendance requirements specified in the program syllabus.

5. Course Cancellation by CCTA

While rare, CCTA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness). In the event that CCTA cancels a course:

  • Students will be offered a 100% refund of tuition paid.

  • Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their full tuition to a future start date.

  • CCTA is not responsible for any personal travel or technology costs incurred by the student.

6. Mentor Coaching and Performance Evaluations

Once Mentor Coaching hours (1-on-1 or group) or Performance Evaluations have commenced or been scheduled, those portions of the tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
